I get an error saying the "This site can’t be reached" when I use the standard URL (https://esd.finastra.com). However, when i navigate to "https://esd1.finastra.com" and come back to the other URL, this works.

Both esd.finastra.com and esd1.finastra.com have the same IP address.

    Hi Mahesh,

I tried both of the URLs you posted, and they both return the normal logon screen for me. This sounds like a DNS resolution issue to me, but I can't be certain.

One additional thing you can verify is that the /opt/aspera/shares/u/shares/config/shares.yml file has all hostnames that this Shares server will be referenced by in the AcceptedHosts field. I doubt this is your problem, since I'm able to reach it by both hostnames, but it wouldn't be a bad idea to double-check. See https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/aspera-shares/1.10?topic=options-allowing-connections-from-more-hosts for documentation on this.

    Hello Jay,

We fixed this earlier today. The DNS settings were correct. However, there was an additional configuration that we did through a F5 load balancer.

    We are good now.
