Kind of a broad question. You can setup a logging target subscribed to any number of networking related events. Just type "event codes" in the search field of the WebGUI navigation panel, then select "View List of Event Codes". Then look at all the "network" categorized events. But, that might not be all, considering how you might define what constitutes a "network" event. You might need to also subscribe it to the "fibre_channel", "ftpserver", etc.
To dig deeper you might need a packet capture.
