  • 1.  Does the LTE include a web GUI for Platform API?

I am trying to build and test a flow in the Local Test Environment (LTE) that includes creating multiple catalogs. Creating and configuring multiple catalogs using only the CLI is tedious. As far as I know, the LTE does not include a web GUI for the platform API, unlike DataPower API Gateway administration. So is it supported in a separate image? or is it not supported at all?

    Hello Mohamed,
The Local Test Environment is a lightweight API Manager, running on your computer, that allows you to rapidly test APIs without connecting to an API Connect management server.

Catalog creation/management is provided by the management server.

    Hope this answers your question

The LTE environment is really designed for testing Products/APIs in a single 'local' catalog. It does not come with the full administration interface of a server install. The majority of users will leverage IBM API Connect API Designer Toolkit (https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/api-connect/10.0.5.x_lts?topic=configuration-installing-toolkit) that runs as a local program to defined/tests Product and APIs published to the LTE runtime.
