We republished and now rate is increased.
We have also plan for upgrade.

Yes you need to republish the product in order to change the values within it.
Think of the "Develop" space as like a communal working directory for API and product development. Changes in there are just like changing files on your local machine. It is only when you then publish those changes to a catalog that they will actually take effect in your gateway / portal.
As a reminder 10.0.1.4 is now very old, and all support for 10.0.1 ends in September, you are advised to upgrade to APIC 10.0.5 ASAP.

How can I change plan rate of published product ?
I changed maximum plan of running product(and saved in develop sheet), but in analytics it still seems that it's old values ?
Do I need to republish product after change plan rate ?
