  • 1.  Application gets automatically stopped when deployed on CP4I

    Hi,

    I deployed one application on cp4i. once deployment is done application status is stopped.
    Included all the reference library files but still its status is stopped.

    With this issue i wasn't able to test it.

    Hello Abhiram,

    I would suggest to get the logs of your application.
    Usually this happens when the application has exception at start up.

    I would suggest to get the logs of your application?
    Already mentioned the exception logs.

    Usually this happens when the application has exception at start up.
    So what can i do further.

    Can u provide me in details steps.

    Hello,

    May I ask you what is your exception logs? I didn't saw it in your previous message.
    You need to get it from the CP4I logging or from the container logs.

    Hello,

    You need to get it from the CP4I logging or from the container logs.
    Not able to find the logs.. Can u mention the navigation

    Hi Abhiram,

    The easiest way to get the logs is using the oc command assuming you have access to your OCP cluster. You will use a command like this:

    oc logs <pod-name> -n <name-space>

    If you prefer to use the OCP Web Console, here you have a screen capture that shows how to access the logs:

    Lastly, if your CP4I environment has been configured, you can also access the logs from the ACE Dashboard as shown below:
