All depends most probably on the signature algorithms being used. Please remember that (especially) with Java the crypto algorithms are being deprecated quite quickly before being rendered obsolete and no longer accepted. Before you look for defects, please make sure that your digital signature service is using the latest up to date crypto algorithms. (No MD5, or SHA1 allowed, minimum key size 2048) For TLS I would say minimum is TLS 1.2 preferred is TLS 1.3 ... You may also look into the qm.ini about allowing weak algorithms (from previous versions) that should be made obsolete as soon as possible.
