Hi,

Recently we were upgraded from IIB v10 (ITX 9) to ACE v11.1.17 with STX v10.1.0.  Most of the ITX involved ACE flows were deployed and tested successfully.
But one interface got failing in testing which  ITX map transforming from Blob to XML i.e ITX map node properties(Outputs) we have configured with Domain XMLNSC. But still map parsing output with blob data. So that , in the down stream of flow existing esql logic not able to recognize blob data and throwing an error.

Please find existing ITX map properties for outputs..



Note :- The same configuration worked for previous version but not for ACE v11 with ITX v10.1.0

If anyone came through this kind of situation please help me with solution...

The short answer would be to insert a content redescriptor node after the ITX node to change the domain.
AFAIK the output of the ITX node was always treated as a BLOB,  If you wanted it treated differently you either had to parse it or push it through a content redescriptor node.

Hi Francois Brandelik,

Yes you are right. I have back up approach as you mentioned above. We can use either RCD or BLOB to XMLNSC  conversion in Compute node after ITX Node. But here my point is, The conversion of BLOB to XMLNSC (We did configuration in ITX Map node- Outputs) was working in IIB v10 with ITX9 But not in ACE v11 with ITX 10.1.0.
