I recently installed ACE v11 FP17 in both window and linux server and now facing a ODBC connection issue. The connection works in the previous FP10 and FP15.
Please see the error below, the Oracle server is v19.

Wondering if anybody happens to see this issue, and how am I supposed to fix it, from the AppConnect client side or the Oracle server side.
