Can we create an Application perspective for "MQ on IBM i"?

    Hi everyone

    I am monitoring an IBM MQ on IBM i and I would like to show the golden signals of this service.   

    An application perspective has been created but the views are empty.

    Do you know if MQ on IBM i is supported for an application perspective?

    Hi Christian

    thank you for submitting a question.

    IBM i is monitored "remotely", meaning there is no agent on i itself and as a consequence no tracer and no calls are recorded. "Only" metrics are gathered.

    An App perspective is by definition a "call filter" and aggregates metrics from calls. Hence nothing shows up for i. Makes sense?

    However, you can create "Custom Dashbaords" with metrics from i.
