    Dear SA users,

     

    I'm asked to give you some information about an upcoming change:

     

    IBM Z Software will be migrating to a new Support site (https://www.ibm.com/mysupport) to replace the IBM Service Request Tool and RETAIN for IBM Z clients early in the summer of 2019.

    The exact date is to be announced.

    IBM Z Software products will use this new site for opening and managing problems. This new site is already being used for many other platforms, including IIB, Guardium products, Spectrum Scale and our Linux- and AIX- based products.

    IBM Z software products will use the new Cognitive Support Platform (CSP) prior to IBM hardware products. During this transition, ensure to access the appropriate tool to open or review your support cases.

     

    IBM recommends that you attend one of our upcoming demo and Q/A webinars, which will cover the new Support site:
