Glad to hear your thoughts on the new curriculum. It's been almost and out-of-body experience watching Master the Mainframe grow over the past 16 years. Many great memories from working behind the scenes albeit in a very small way.
I think your participation really says something, Bill, given that you don't need to do it and can't compete in the challenges.
Appreciate your passion!

Subject: Have you ever competed in Master the Mainframe?
I completed Master the Mainframe 2019 (all three levels) and am on level 3 of Master the Mainframe 2020 currently. The contrast between the two curriculums is pretty impressive. The 2020 curriculum utilizing z/OSMF, Zowe and Visual Studio Code puts an entirely different spin on mainframe development and support, at least for me.
I'm not on as a student so don't get to compete in the challenges; I just finish the work for my own knowledge transfer.

In case you don't know, we are currently in the middle of our Master the Mainframe 2020 contest. Many New to Z community members may have competed in the contest in the past, utilized the learning system, or helped students to walk through it. We want to know what your relationship with the contest is! Add to this discussion below :
- Have you ever competed in the contest? How far along did you get?
- Have you used the learning system? Have you checked out this year's refreshed contest!?
- Have you held a student workshop about the contest before? (You still can this year... read more about that here)
