Sounds pedantic, but 12/16 was the last update as I posted the link on 8/12 and it seems that other pages were last updated on 8/12 too. I'm not too sure which version you're talking about, there isn't much difference in installation anyway, but for example the PE version mentions both v13 and v14 whereas the EE version seems to be just v14. I will admit that the documentation does sometimes seem very confusing but has got better over time. FYI, I've recently performed installations of both PE and EE and it is really quite simple (EE is, of course, a bit more difficult). Have fun...
