    Hi Debabrata,

Can I ask what your intended use is? (As this may help with a more detailed response).
For framework and compiler developers, zDNN is the recommended interface to the accelerator and issues NNPA (zDNN is open souce and available here, with samples: GitHub - IBM/zDNN: IBM Z Deep Neural Network Library (zDNN) provides an interface for applications making use of Neural Network Processing Assist Facility (NNPA). ). Is it shipped with z/OS and available for Linux on zSystem distributions.

In general, I would expect most users to interact with the z16 accelerator through a supported machine learning library or framework such as our Deep Learning Compiler (DLC), TensorFlow, or Snap ML. Much more information can be found here: https://ibm.github.io/ai-on-z-101/

    Thank you,

    Hi Andrew,
I am a direct/daily user of HLASM and z/OS services. that's why I was kind of curious.

    regards,
