EGL Development User Group

Hi Folks,

I have installed EGL Runtime for iSeries (QEGL in RBD v.9.1 or old) and program generated for this version.

And now i want to update for EGL Runtime for iSeries (QEGL in RBD v.9.5 or last), I need regenerate all EGL programs ?

No need to regenerate EGL programs after upgrading the iSeries QEGL library with 9.5 from 9.1/ old.

Hi Hsieh,

There is downward-compatibility, so the existing should work with the new runtime. But - better safe than sorry - , nobody ever got fired for executing a test with a representative subset ;-)
