Hi,
Please can you tell me what units are used in the SMF records.
In the header file there is
char SMF123S1_TIME_ZC_ENTRY[16];
A STCK (which I understand ) is 8 bytes long... what are the other 8 bytes used for?
Is it from an STCKE?

Hey Colin,
You're right that SMF123S1_TIME_ZC_ENTRY (and all other time fields in the SMF records) are STCKE values and this is documented here:
