Joy Deng is a product manager on the AI on Z team in the IBM Systems group, focusing on IBM Cloud Pak for Data on IBM Z. She is passionate about helping enterprises draw insights from their data to drive greater business value. Prior to working at IBM, Joy had advised global companies such as Coca-Cola and Wal-Mart to make data driven decisions to gain market share and save cost. Joy has a Bachelor of Business Administration from Washington University in St. Louis with a major in marketing and minor in psychology, and also has an MBA from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business with a certificate in Management Science and Technology Management. You can find her eating, drinking and exploring around the Raleigh, NC area where she lives with her husband and incredibly adorable baby.
