    Hello Fellows,

    Since a couple of days I try to install zOS25 from a 2.4 driving system.

    After the download job (IZUD01DL) which ends with an rc=0 I will probably run in a loop (the files looking also good). When I press the next button to enter Step 4 of 4 then I got the message: 

    Retrieving the portable software instance contents from "/u/userxxx/zOS25" on system "SWS".  This request might take several minutes to complete.

    This message will never close. I waited 30 min. but no success. I checked the logs, but I only found this message:

    2022-09-27T15:24:42.351Z|00000124|com.ibm.zoszmf.dm.ui.httpresource.PortableSwInstance|
    INFO:zosmfServer = SWS

    I'm confused, what possibles I do have to analyze this issue?

    Hello Andreas, I suggest you open a case with IBM Support to debug this issue.  But in the mean time, do you see any relevant messages in the z/OSMF server log?  The log is in file /global/zosmf/data/logs/IZUG0.log, but remember the content is in ASCII, so view it appropriately.
