Z Scores on Kruskal-Wallis test with pairwise comparisons

I performed a Kruskal-Wallis test with pairwise comparisons. I want to know: if I were reverse to reverse the order of the samples, would I have to change the std test statistic from positive to negative when I report results?

    For example, with pairwise Comparisons

    Should I change the following:

    Sample 1-Sample 2 72.542 (test statistic) 21.787 (std error) 3.330 (std. test statistic) .005 (Adj. Sig.a)

    To:

    Sample 2-Sample 1 72.542 21.787 -3.330 .005

The reason I want to do this is I have multiple tables and need to prepare them in a consistent way.

the omnibus test is significant, but none of the post-hoc comparisons are not. I am using SPSS which uses what I think are Mann-Whitney tests and a Bonferroni adjustment. I understand that by using the Bonferroni adjustment, this makes the post-hoc tests more conservative than the global test.
