  • 1.  [XQuery] Specify the number of result with TaminoCommand

    Posted Wed June 29, 2005 02:37 PM

    Hi,

Does someone know how I can specify the number of records that I want when I execute the TaminoCommand.Query().

For exemple: for a query, I have in Tamino 2000 records, but I want aht the query return only the fiirst 1000 thousands records. How I can do this, with TaminoCommand or another way?

In Oracle or Ingres, it exists a cursor-system implementation. Does Tamino implement this kind of System?

Thank you very much for your help.

    C

I think that this question may be answered by the following topic from the XQuery forum:

    http://tamino.forums.softwareag.com/viewtopic.php?t=2896

This question was related to the XQuery equivalent of the SQL LIMIT expression.
