  • 1.  XQE-DAT-0001 Data source adapter error

    We are experiencing intermittent report failure when event is running with below error message:

    XQE-DAT-0001 Data source adapter error: com.ibm.cognos.jdbc.adaptor.sqlexception.SQLCognosUnrecoverableConnectionException: [jcc][t4][2055][11259][3.67.27] The database manager is not able to accept new requests, has terminated all requests in progress, or has terminated this particular request due to unexpected error conditions detected at the target system. ERRORCODE=-1224, SQLSTATE=55032

    On re running the reports are running.

    Can I recommend that you upgrade from the old version of IBM JCC you are using.

    Note JCC includes the version 3.67.27

    Older versions were not certified by DB2 team with Java 8, may run into SSL errors etc.
