    Getting a ***Permission denied error

    I have checked all the /etc/*ntp* files and can't see any difference between 5.3 and 6.1 or find any reason why I get the permission denied error.

    seems to be in the keys area, when I run xntpdc -i and try to requestkey I get the same error ***Permission Denied.

    Any Suggestions?
