Can somebody please answer the following question:

The webMethods Integration Server comes with a built-in XML parser. The webMethods XML parser will:
a. Never perform XML validation
b. Always validate all incoming XML against its DTD or Schema
c. Not validate incoming XML by default
d. Validate all incoming XML by default
e. Validate incoming XML if the XML is received via HTTP POST with the VALIDATE header field set to TRUE
