    Our environment is two zOS instances and one virtual coupling facility.  VM has one dedicated processor for the coupling facility (although a D CF on zOS response says the processor is shared).  Six other processors shared equally between the two zOS systems.  The systems are lightly loaded.  XCFAS is our largest user of CPU.  Most of the time the CPU% is low single digit.  Every 12 seconds the SIOs and CPU spike.  I've never seen this behavior on any production system.  Does anyone have any ideas?

    Are you using RD&T or zPDT?  What version?  Please append your devmap.
