  • 1.  WSDL message name conflict

    Posted Tue November 10, 2009 07:58 PM

    Hi,

When I create a WSDL from a flow service, the message name and service name are coming as same.
    please see attached wsdl

Because of this issue the client is not able to find the input field, since there is a name conflict with service.

As per W3C, each WSDL definition type listed above has its own name scope (i.e. port names and message names never conflict). Names within a name scope MUST be unique within the WSDL document.

    our webMethods Integration Server info:
    Version 7.1.2.0
    IS_7-1-2_Core_Fix12
    IS_7-1-2_PubSub_Fix2
    IS_7-1-2_WebSvcsXML_Fix10
    IS_7-1-2_SrvPrtcl_Fix10

    Advance Thanks,
    Ramesh

    Thanks for the response,
I checked above url in Advantage article, I understand that they are changing the element name manually. My case I cannot do that.
    Any other suggestions please?
