    Today I tried to import some TN-profiles from DEV to our QA environment.

    The import failed with the message above, but no more clues.

    After a lot head-breaking :confused: thinking we found out that on the different environment we have different ExternalIDType-ID. If the ID in the importfile is not existing, the import will result in this error, instead of some more explaining thing :mad: .

    These ID’s can be found by running the service: wm.tn.profile:getIDTypes

    These code’s should be the same on all environments.
