This is a service developed in partnership with Microsoft to allow developers to unlock a device so that you can sideload any developed applications onto an actual device for testing.
This gives you the same restrictions as the $99(USD) app hub unlock, with the exception being that for the chrevron unlock you can’t upload apps to the marketplace - which to be honest, isn’t generally important to us!
