Windows 2008 not sub-cap eligible Q1 2021

  • 1.  Windows 2008 not sub-cap eligible Q1 2021

IBM have advised that Windows 2008 will no longer be sub-capacity eligible from end Q1 2021.

We have a number of VMs which cannot be upgraded so will remain on Win 2008. The license cost implications of having to pay for full cluster capacity PVUs will be considerable, so I would be interested to hear if anyone else is in the same situation and what plans they may have to mitigate these costs.

    Hello,

If due to any reason, business or technical, you need to use an unsupported OS version in your organization, then you should contact your IBM account representative (or IBM compliance team directly) to discuss license terms and compliance conditions for your environment. ILMT technical support is unable to grant you with any exception related to licenses purchased or system requirements.

    Best regards,

    LMT-MZ

Now I know why I am facing a login problem while login into my IBM account. I am using Windows 2008 and I was facing a login issue, I thought their site is down, and because of that, I am facing that issue. Right now, I am searching for the real money game online and found casinosfellow in which I have found so many real money games. So, I thought why not try these out to earn some money while sitting at home and it will also help me in time passing. And I also found your post as well and found the reason.
