./jre/lib/logging.properties - few lines.

./jre/lib/management/jmxremote.access - few lines.

./jre/lib/management/jmxremote.password.template - earlier version had all commented lines.

./jre/lib/management/management.properties - earlier version had all commented lines.

./jre/lib/management/snmp.acl.template - earlier version had all commented lines.

./jre/lib/security/java.policy - big change.

./jre/lib/security/java.security - big change.

./jre/lib/security/javaws.policy - big change.

./jre/lib/security/trusted.libraries - empty.

./jre/lib/xerces.properties - earlier version had all commented lines.

Please include link to the source of your download.  I don't see a listing of zero length files and I am not clear on the intent of the output shown.
