while invoking EJB Method of webspher 6.0 using EJB Adapter getting 45][ADA.640.5007]

    I have Create No-Transactional EJB Connection By providing JNDI.Properties file,EJB Server Type WebSphere60Connection ,JNDI UserName and JNDI Password parameters

    i have created createEjb Adapter service using create template and also create invoke ejb adapter service using invoke template for above EJB Connection.

    these two adapter service has been called in flow service if i am trying debug this service giving below

    45][ADA.640.5007] Failed to invoke remote method: processRequest, reason: No further explanation given

    Can any one help me why this error is coming.
