When I run SPSS, it shuts down during the loading screen.(Mac Sonoma 14.2.1 , SPSS 29.0.2.0(20))

    Use program: Mac Os sonoma 14.2.1, sps statistics 29.0.2.0(20)
     
    After the initial loading, Active IBM SPSS Statistics appears and is forced to shut down.
     
    consol error is IBM Java[44899]: JVMDUMP012E Error in System dump: /Applications/IBM SPSS Statistics/SPSS Statistics.app/Contents/core.20240110.163102.44899.0001.dmp
     
    And java core error mesage is, it will come up as Dump Event "traceassert" (0008000) received.
     
    The current Java version is as follows when checked at the terminal.
    java version "21.0.1" 2023-10-17 LTS
    Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 21.0.1+12-LTS-29)
    Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM (build 21.0.1+12-LTS-29, mixed mode, sharing)
     
    It's taking too many days.
    Community and other methods have been applied, but it is difficult to solve.
    Is it a problum of update?
     
    Please help me.

    Hi @효정 송,
    Yes, I agree this sounds like something has gone wrong in your new installation of Statistics 29.0.2.0. (or update to 29.0.2.0 from a prior version).
