    Hello IBMers!

    I was testing out Watson Studio and decided to chat with the AI chat bot.

    It was only programmed to discuss accounts & billing. And that's really all it could do.

    I've included an image showing the irony here.

    Watson AI Chatbot [Needs Improvement]
    IBM should be paving the way to the new expanding multiverse and that means have a world class AI chatbot that is present wherever the Watson chatbo1 is used.
    It was terribly disappointing that I was unable to carry on a conversation with Watson Chab0t

    Hello All,

    I have a suggestion for the IBM forums based on a small discovery I came across during making this original thread post.

    Auto correct changed "Watson" to "Whats" in the post title. I tried to edit the post title but was unable to.

    Editing a title can be a nice feature for random scenarios that arise like this one

    You can easily add more general conversation to a chat bot. See the documentation and the excellent IBM courses on Coursera.

    hello Markos,
    • I assume, Benjamin is talking about the "built-in chatbot" of Watson Studio (dealing with accounts & billing.")
    • if so, he has no access to the "skills"/"intent"/"entities" of that chatbot and therefore he can't "add more general conversation to" it even if he wanted to + Benjamin is an outsider of IBM so he is not in the position to put info on WS's accounts & billing even if he may know "everything" on accounts & billing... :-)
    • I'm guessing, Benjamin was asking something about accounts & billing and the bot came back with not being able to answer but saying that it is only for "accounts & billing" info...  I think this is the LOL part :-) which seems like OK, but if somebody is serious and indeed wants to know more about accounts & billing and he can't get it = frustration, maybe anger...
