Assuming you're talking about 7.6.0.X versions (like 7.6.0.9) and not the 7.6.1.X versions, the Maximo 7.6.0.X version has reached end of support and you need to either update to 7.6.1.X (latest release being 7.6.1.2) or update to the Maximo Application Suite (latest release 8.2 for Manage) to get support for any issues.
To answer your question, I'm not sure we track specific releases of Windows 10 from a support perspective. I think we just state that Windows 10 itself is supported. As for Microsoft Edge, there used to be a version of Edge based on the Internet Explorer engine that was supported in the 7.6.0.X releases. That has since been removed by Microsoft and Microsoft Edge is now based on the Chromium bowser engine (the engine behind Chrome, Brave, and many other browsers). We added support for that in Maximo 7.6.1.2. I would expect that your experience would be identical to Chrome which was supported on the 7.6.0.X releases but officially the Chromium version of Edge was never supported for the 7.6.0.X releases.
Also, if you're interested in where this information is located, this is the place to follow changes to the support matrix for the 7.6.1.X releases:
