Trying to understand SPP more. 
I know the SPP backup is based on SLA, but are there any similar concepts to Domain Policy, and Management class, how SSP can achieve something like that?

In SPP the backups are just simply associated with SLA but when you offload to Protect you can then set the domain policy and management class in SP.

I know how to create mgmt class or policy domain in SP. But how do I do that when I offload backups from SPP to SP? Do you have any documents on that?

You can use the Spectrum Protect Operations Center or Admin Command Line to create and update management classes.

Policy Domains are a one-time creation, so they are not included in the Operations Center.  You must use the admin command line.
