    in short hacmp/powerha is event-driven, events occur due to operator action (like your rg move) or volatile change of cluster components (like a network failure) and are responded to by the cluster software. for specific events, specific scripts (recovery programs in ha speak) are being executed. you can get a first clue by looking at the brief cluster.log and the very verbose hacmp.out (the debug output of the cluster event scripts).
