    We are trying to contact IBM Sterling EDI VAN technical representatives.  We have not been able to find any usable contact information, any staff that we had at our company that had IBM Sterling EDI VAN contact information are no longer available and anyone whom we previously worked with at IBM Sterling EDI VAN no longer works there.  We are a current IBM Sterling EDI VAN customer for EDI VAN services.  How do we contact appropriate IBM Sterling EDI VAN technical representatives?  My company email is bob.mchugh@gxo.com.

    You can try a number of avenues.

    1) Raise a support ticket through https://www.ibm.com/mysupport/s/

    2) Email support through  scn_support@us.ibm.com (Americas Region) or scn_help@au1.ibm.com (Australia)

    3) Try calling  - I have these numbers; but not sure if they still work.

    Or contact the business partner through whom you have bought your license.  The business partner should be able to help with most technical questions and maybe make changes without involving the IBM team.

    For us, using the Support Portal and the email address have been the quickest way to get support from IBM.
