    Hi,

    We are not able to configure MQ in RDT and here is the log message from start up.

    STC00005 00000090  IOEZ00185E DASD volser HDDIS4 is offline, aggregate CSQ710.ZFS cannot be attached
                    00000090  BPXF002I FILE SYSTEM CSQ710.ZFS WAS 755
             755  00000090  NOT MOUNTED.  RETURN CODE = 00000099, REASON CODE = EF096150

     

    Is that because we have many Volumes are missing from zVolume directory in like HDDIS1 to HDDIS6.? Please confirm.

    I do not see the task CSQ7MSTR in the console (assuming it has be there for MQ).

    MQ should start with CICS.  You'll need to ensure you have the CICS 4.2 volume, HDC421, mounted as well as the MQ volumes, HDPRD1 and HDPRD2.  You only need the HDDISx volumes if you want to apply SMPE maintenance.  Use loadparms 4C,4W to ipl with CICS 4.2, and MQ 7.1.

    Thanks John.. we changed the load parm for CICS,IMS, DB2 & MQ option and it worked.
