I would try to change the requirement so that I could use anything but sockets. webMethods supports sockets, but I never liked using socket for anything. Its old and difficult to manage IMO. If you must, here is the documentation for sockets.

We are working on a integration pattern where the requirement is to bridge two system A & B over websocket secure (wss) port. The IS can act as websocket client and server but our goal is to just take messages from system A and pass to system B via wss.
