    Good day,

    I am having trouble to start up my webMethods.io AI Gateway instance again. Happened a couple of weeks as well.

    I’ve been trying several times this week, waiting more than 30min each time, but it just gets stuck on the startup page with the " Your API Gateway tenant is initiating…; Please try to access your instance after 30 minutes."

    Can you please assist?

    Any idea why this keeps happening?

    The issues seems have been resolved and the API Gateway started up again today.
