My company has few spare licenses of webMethods and I want to prepare a webMethods Sandbox on a Linux Server for self-learning and Proof of Concepts.

Where can I find webMethods 9.8 Installation Guide and Software on this website ?

The Software is available from empower.softwareag.com.

You should ask your companies license holder if there is an active empower account available or if they can create one for you.
Additionally you should check if the license files work for 9.8 or if you will need additional ones.

Documentation is also available from Empower as well as part of the Software Download.

Check the System Requirements inside the documentation which Linux Distribs are supported with which versions.
