    WebSphere Application Server - Network Deployment (WAS ND) is the high-end offeringing in the WAS family.  This part of the portfolio includes all the Intelligent Management features in v8.5 absorbed from WebSphere Virtual Enterprise and WebSphere Compute Grid (now included with WAS ND v8.5 at no additional charge).  Thanks.   Walt
