    We are installing a new Firewall and need to set up the VPN to the
    Innovation Center, however I have lost track of the information needed
    to connect. The tech says we have everything but the shared secret.
    Obviously the public forum is not the place to get this information to
    me, but it has been stated that the ztech email address will no longer
    be monitored. Is this the proper way to ask sub support like this?

    Hello Michael,

    The ztech email address is still in use for private communications with the IBM Z ISV Center Staff.
