Recently I submitted an RFE (Request for Enhancement) to IBM to make EGL support consuming SOAP service of type 'Document Literal Unwrapped'.

Document Literal Unwrapped is a commonly used technique and valid W3C standard yet EGL does not support it. This lack of support limits the ways EGL applications can communicate with third parties.

Using the link provided below you can vote for the RFE which will add to the probablity IBM will accept the RFE and will create a solution for it in a future release of RBD.

It's got my vote

Back with RBD v8.0 (maybe, v8.5), I had a PMR for an issue with Oracle CRM On Demand web services and the response came back as "RBD does not support document literal unwrapped services".  Hopefully your RFE will approved.
