Installing VIOS 2.2.0.0 goes like usual, after basic configuration. I’m trying to create LPAR and vios not showing to me system disks. From command prompt I figure out that VIOS not creating Virtual Target Device and Virtual SCSI Server Adapter . And there's no way I can create them by myself, in all documentation its written that system creating them itself after cfgmgr or cfgdev command but it’s not happening.

I did tried to install latest fixpack to VIOS. VIOS 2.2.0.10 Fix Pack 24. Did not help.
I did enter VET PowerVM code to the VIOS and to the ASMI . Did not help.
Why system not creating vhost and vtscsi virtual devices interfaces ?

Once you have vhost devices, you'll have to define the VTD devices using the "mkdev" command.

But when we disconnected HMC from server , made reset so factory defaults , and reboot to VIOS vhostX adapters not valid anymore. Only devices definition left , and if I delete vhost device system not recreating it with cfgmgr/cfgdev.
