/usr/lib/wpars/loadwpar failed with return code 13.

    One of the aix server rebooted automatically and wpar had not come up. We had got below error when starting wpar and wpar not came up. 

    startwpar: 0960-231 ATTENTION: /usr/lib/wpars/loadwpar failed with return code 13.
    startwpar: 0960-244 Error loading workload partition.

     

     After troubleshooting for lot of time we come to know that when server rebooted , wpar ip had came up and that is not allowing to bring up the wpar. We deleted wpar ip and started wpar and created the ip inside the wpar again.
