USB hardware device update problem

    Hi ...

    I got update file from License Key Center but when I try to update my USB hardware device I've got something like this:

    ./SecureUpdateUtility -u /home/rafal/RDTupdate/licensesRDT--00E43-201602052359-3CP-1I-0.upw

    -------------------------------------------------------------------------------

                           Secure Update Utility

                            Sentinel Keys 1.3.1

             Copyright (C) 2009 SafeNet Inc. All rights reserved.

    -------------------------------------------------------------------------------

    Unit not found!

     

    What is a problem ? Where can I find more information about this ?

    This can happen when you:

    •     Try to update a usb hardware device that is not the same serial number as the update file  (maybe the "E" is a "B"  or something like that .... but who knows)
    •     Try to update a usb hardware device from a client machine which it connected to a remote license server  - with no local token plugged.

    Please verify what you are doing.

    Thanks for your reply ...

    After your answer I recreate my update file on License Key Center.

    Then I uploaded it to my server and SecureUpdateUtility ends with success.

    The problem was in previous file. Probably  I made a mistake
