    Currently I am using VisualAge C++ Professional for AIX, Version 6.0.I want to upgrade it to either XL C/C++ Enterprise Edition V7.0 or V8.0(Preferably to V8.0) as IBM is no longer supporting VisualAge C++ V6.0.
    Can anyone please let me know the potential issues in upgrading the same.
    What if I directly upgrade to V8.0 instead of V7.0.
    What important points should I keep in mind during upgrade.
