  • 1.  Upgrade from 7.6.1.1 to 7.6.1.3 - view settings

    Hello TechXchange Community!

    We just completed an upgrade and received several user complaints about the screen size changes.  Some of the viewing windows are smaller and require more scrolling.  When in an application or even a start center it's now required to scroll over to view everything.  Can you point us in the right direction to reconfigure to the old view from 7.6.1.1?

    Sounds something strange.

    What do You mean by "window"?

    Could You share some screenshot? With blurred confidential texts, if neccessary.

    Have they tried ctrl+0 ;)

    It looks like the window popup was something that we could reconfigure through Application Designer – it was a custom window.  The start centers we can live with.  Unfortunately, I don't have any "before" screenshots.  Thank you all for your support.

    You can try changing the skin in system properties, mxe.webclient.skin back to the one for version 7.6.1.1. This will change the display of Maximo back to what your users are used to.
