in most Case Manager upgrade projects (on premise), we ask the customer to install a new server (linux, ...) where the BAW environment will be installed.

But in the case of small infrastructure (also on premise), instead off delivering more servers per envrionment (DEV, TEST, QA, PRD), is it possible to upgrade the existing WebSphere Network deployment manager and the nodes (CPE and ICN) onto the BAW deployment manager? Or may we federate the existing nodes to the BAW dmgr?

We know that the customer may subscribe to a cloud option, but we are here in a zone where the middle-size customer has to keep its data on premise with a compact BAW infrastructure.
