• 1.  Unable to view Partner Profile

Posted Mon July 18, 2005 03:11 PM

Hi,

I am able to create the Partner Profile through Profile Assistant in the TN Console. But unable to view the deatils in Trading Partner window. Blank screen is coming up. But the data is reflcated in the TN DataBase. Could anyone plz let me know what may be the reason for this behaviour. What I need to do to get rid of this unusual behaviour of TN.
Thanks in advance

Regards,
Sunny

Try to restore your session or restart your TN console. You may want to reload the WmTN package using Administrator web page.

Reason I’m asking about TN Server / Console is because I’m guessing it’s TN 6.1 w/SP1

Hi Yuan
I m also getting the simillar error. i could not able to see Partners profiles , even though i have created 2 partners profile. It gave me error message when i created same profile again.
This means it is creating my partners profile but not displaying that.

This is my servier setting:

Product webMethods Integration Server
Version 6.1
Updates IS_6-1_FP2
IS_6-1_SP1
TNS_6-1_Fix15

Build Number 132
SSL Strong (128-bit)

Server Environment
Java Version 1.4.2_10 (48.0)
Java Vendor Sun Microsystems Inc.

Is is because i m using OEM Versioon of Trading Networks. How can i see my partners Information.

Waiting for replies and help …

Regards
Rizwan

In TN Console, Select Help-> Support Information. There, you want to look for the “Updates:” section for both TN Console and TN Server. So if you don’t have TNS_6-1_SP1, then you shouldn’t have TNC_6-1_SP1 listed in your TN Console’s Updates section.

Rizwan,

That is exactly your problem. If you have installed TNC_6-1_SP1, your Support information regarding TN Console would be something like:

Version: 6.1 (705)
Updates: TNC_6-1_SP1

Java Version: 1.4.2_10 (48.0)

Again, the correct combination of TNConsole and TNServer is:

TNConsole 6.1 <–> TNServer 6.1
TNConsole 6.1 SP1 <–> TNServer 6.1 SP1

As for TNConsole 6.1 SP1, the correct procedure is to use Installer to install.
