Hello

I've tried to use the IBM Debug tool in my standard ZDT10.0 environment but when I run  the official IVP job  EQAWIVPT (Enterprise COBOL for z/OS Version 5 TEST) in EQADT10.SEQASAMP library I'm receiving the following message error ( see the attached files for more details)

Based on the traceback provide by the customer, my first reaction is that the debugger has not been configured properly. The SVCs that the debugger relies to control the application are not installed and we run thru the program until we hit termination (IGZXTREC). I assume they can open a PMR and our service team will help customize the system properly.

In any case I've opened a PMR

So in case there is something more to investigate I'll be supported directly by IBM

In order to be more clear about my scenario ...It seems that in general the SVC are correctly installed

After applying the suggestions before I had some problems using the IVP in CICS  ( transaction IVCT) specially some message related to  "EQA9993I - EQA00OHT: Failed to set hook in R/O storage"

SO I've applied this link and now everything is OK
